The Animal Welfare Center of Ashtabula County is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation.  We are not a traditional shelter or rescue. Our work is with people and pets in the community.

Prevent pet homelessness and increase pet well-being

empowering the people of Ashtabula County

care for pets in the community

 

Safety net services to help pets stay in the community with their families

Access to affordable spay-neuter and basic pet care services

Rehoming, sheltering and adoption when the best option for a pet is
a new home
